ReadyVenue terms of use

Last updated: 15 September 2026.

App licence

The ReadyVenue app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement. This page explains the app’s purpose and subscription arrangements; it does not replace that agreement or limit your statutory rights.

Preparation and record-keeping

ReadyVenue helps you record venue-specific plans, briefings, practice and reviews. You are responsible for checking that your records are accurate, suitable for your venue and kept current.

ReadyVenue does not provide legal advice, determine whether your venue is in scope or certify compliance. A progress percentage describes records entered in the app, not legal compliance or a guarantee of safety. The app does not cover every enhanced-tier requirement. Consult current official guidance and obtain professional advice where appropriate.

Subscriptions

ReadyVenue Pro is an annual auto-renewable subscription. The price and billing period are shown by Apple before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Renewal is charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles refunds.

Your records

Ending a subscription does not delete your records. Existing records remain readable and exportable, while paid editing tools and scheduled review reminders are paused. Keep suitable backups and check exports before sharing them.

Independent tool

ReadyVenue is not affiliated with or endorsed by the SIA, Home Office or UK Government.
