Terms of Use
Last updated: 16 August 2026
These terms cover your use of Pigeon Toss, made by Gavin Elliott. By playing, you agree to them. They supplement Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
The licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to play Pigeon Toss on Apple devices you own or control. Don't copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer it — not that the pigeon would let you.
Purchases
Coin skins are optional, cosmetic and change nothing about how the game plays. Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's terms; refunds go through Apple, not us. Purchased coins are tied to your Apple Account and restorable on your devices.
Game Center
Leaderboards are provided through Apple's Game Center and use of them is also subject to Apple's terms. Cheating the leaderboard is against these terms and, more importantly, deeply against the spirit of pitching pennies.
No warranty
Pigeon Toss is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it bug-free but can't promise perfection, uninterrupted availability, or that the pigeon will ever let you win.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms alongside app updates; continued play means acceptance. We may withdraw the app or its online features (such as leaderboards) with reasonable notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
