By downloading or using Cadence, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Cadence is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored within the app.

Habit Data

All habit data entered into Cadence remains your property. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the data you create.

Cadence does not provide medical, psychological or professional advice. Habit tracking features are for informational purposes only.

Pro Purchase

Cadence offers a one-time Pro purchase that unlocks additional features.

• Purchases are subject to Apple's App Store terms

We do not guarantee that Pro features will meet your expectations or that future features will be included.

Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the app at any time.

Features may change as the app evolves. We do not guarantee backward compatibility with older versions.

Data and iCloud Sync

iCloud synchronisation is provided as a convenience feature and depends on Apple's services. We are not responsible for data loss caused by iCloud issues, device failure or user error.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in Cadence, including design, code and branding, belong to us. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the app without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadence is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including data loss or missed habits.

Termination

You may stop using Cadence at any time by uninstalling the app. These Terms remain effective until terminated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
